Yes. Goods in transit cover is included for every consignment. Cover limits and terms are available on request. For high value items, declare the value when booking so we can confirm appropriate cover or arrange enhanced insurance.
You will receive a digital confirmation showing the recipient’s name and signature & a delivery photo, along with a time-stamped record. Your reference or purchase order number can be included, and copies can be sent to multiple contacts if needed.
Most non-prohibited goods, including documents, parcels, IT equipment, prototypes, medical supplies, parts, and pallets. Please contact us in advance for fragile, high value or ADR hazardous goods so we can allocate the right vehicle and trained driver. We do not carry cash, illegal items, firearms or ammunition, live animals, or perishables that require active temperature control unless pre-arranged.

Extra Long Wheel-Base Courier Van
Can move even the largest consignment of goods easily, reliably and safely. An extra long wheel-base van can carry a max of 4 pallets.
The defining feature of luton tail-lift vans, aside from their size, is the helpful raising ramp at the back. Helping you and our couriers easily load heavy or bulky goods into the back.
Able to easily transport a massive 6 standard sized pallets. The main benefit of a curtainside courier van is the ability to load goods from the entire width of the rear, instead of just loading from the back.
An absolute essential when transporting massive goods or a maximum of 10 standard sized pallets. With a max carrying weight of 2800kg, a 7.5 tonne truck is essential for heavier, dense goods.
